Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Organizer

blazeriax.com is an LLC in Ukraine (EDRPOU 87308613). Before booking we disclose route, programme, dates, services, price and cancellation terms under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism".

2. Price and mandatory fees

Your confirmation states total price, currency, payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions and mandatory fees before payment. No undisclosed charges apply. We follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising".

3. Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment. An inquiry is not a booking. We give contact and registration details before payment under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".

4. Cancellation by you

Email contact@blazeriax.com with your booking reference. Cancellation takes effect when received. Unless your confirmation says otherwise:

• Over 30 days: full refund less non-refundable third-party costs shown.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are paid within 14 calendar days under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

5. Changes and force majeure

If we cancel for reasons within our control, choose a full refund or comparable alternative. If we make a significant change, you may cancel for a full refund. Rescheduling depends on availability and any price difference. We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics or government restrictions; we will offer a refund, credit or new date, less non-recoverable costs.
