Intercity transit
Coach Kyiv to Lviv and the return leg, seat assigned at booking.
Accommodation
Three nights in a central guesthouse, twin rooms, breakfast served on site.
Guide services
One route guide for the full trip, present at every scheduled activity.
Festival pass coordination
We collect and hand out your passes at the Day 1 meeting point.
Group activities
City walk, two evening sets and the closing route dinner.

Bought directly from the organiser. We are not a ticket seller.
Meals and drinks
Lunch, dinner and bar tabs stay on your own account.

Museums, taxis and anything outside the scheduled block.

    Name the departure, the number of travellers and where you join the route. No account, no deposit, and no payment at this stage.

    We check free seats, the festival programme and your arrival point, then send a written confirmation. Nothing is charged automatically and no place is held until you approve it.

    Route transport, nights on the itinerary, festival pass coordination and mandatory taxes are itemised in one figure. Optional extras stay on a separate line, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
