Every departure follows the same tested line: night train west, festival grounds by day, one named guide with the group from the first platform to the last. We keep the roster small so the schedule actually holds.

Group size
14 travellers maximum, one route coordinator, one local guide in each city. Total scheduled time on the route is 30 hours and total free time is 15 hours.
Guide role
The coordinator holds timings, tickets and transfers. Local guides lead the walks and stage visits. No guide stays with the group overnight.
Included transit
Intercity train Kyiv to Lviv, group coach, plus metro and tram tickets inside both cities. Airport pickups are booked separately.
Festival pass coordination
Passes are collected by the coordinator at the first meeting point and handed out against your booking name. We act as an independent trip operator, not the festival organiser or ticket seller.
Past trips
31 routes operated since 2019, with departures running from June through September.

Transit between cities
Seat on the scheduled group coach from Kyiv to Lviv and back, with two sightseeing stops.
Three nights of lodging
Shared twin rooms in a central guesthouse, breakfast included each morning.
Guide on every day
A route guide travels with the group from departure to return, not a local handler per city.

Not included

Meals outside breakfast
Lunch and dinner are free time; your guide posts a short list of nearby kitchens each morning.
Travel to the Kyiv meeting point
Getting to the departure point is arranged by each traveler.
Single-room upgrade
Available while rooms last, priced per night and confirmed in writing.

Market stalls, late-night venues, and anything not listed on the left.
