Independent status
We act as an independent tour operator. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as an official agent of any festival, venue, artist, promoter or rights holder. Festival, venue and artist names appear for identification only and do not imply any partnership.
Tour and programme details
Under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism", we disclose our identity and status, the route, programme, dates, services included, price and cancellation terms before you book. The Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" requires these terms to be clear and not misleading, and gives you a route for complaints, refunds and cancellations.
Accuracy of promotional claims
Advertising statements are made in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising" and are substantiated before publication. We do not guarantee availability, inclusions or prices shown in third-party material.
Travel risks and no guarantees
We do not guarantee visas, entry permission, tickets, artist line-ups, weather, safety conditions, transport schedules, or that an itinerary will run unchanged. Events may be postponed, altered or cancelled by organisers or authorities. You travel and purchase at your own risk and are responsible for valid documents, insurance and health requirements.
