Age and Eligibility Policy
This policy explains who may book and attend the festival and nightlife trips sold on blazeriax.com, and how age limits are applied on site.
1. Adult audience
Our trips are for adults aged 18 or over. By booking you confirm that you are 18+ and that your details are accurate. We identify ourselves and give contact and registration details before you book or pay, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".
2. Minors and guardian consent
Some events admit guests aged 16–17 when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must give written consent before booking, attend the trip and take responsibility for the minor. The organizer's age rule prevails and is disclosed before booking together with the route, programme, dates, services and price, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism".
3. Alcohol and prohibited substances
We do not sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 and we apply the alcohol and drug laws of the destination as well as Ukrainian law. Guests who appear under 18, are intoxicated or carry prohibited substances may be refused entry or removed, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Refund and cancellation terms are set out in your booking conditions.
4. Verification at entry
Bring valid photo ID. Venues and our staff may check age at any time. Entry may be refused where ID is missing, does not match the booking, or where the venue's own rules require it.
5. Honest descriptions
Descriptions of festivals, line-ups, inclusions and availability are accurate and substantiated, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising". No event is presented as suitable for children unless the organizer confirms this in writing.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process booking and, where relevant, guardian-consent data on a lawful basis with an appropriate privacy notice, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies are set only with your prior consent, under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".
