2. Data we collect

Contact data from inquiry forms (name, email, phone, message), booking details you provide (dates, route, travellers), and technical data (IP address, device, pages viewed, cookies).

3. Purposes and basis

We use data to answer inquiries, confirm bookings, deliver services, keep accounting records and, with prior consent, send marketing and run analytics. Basis: your consent, a contract, or a legal obligation.

4. Consent

Consent is given by an affirmative action, e.g. submitting a form with a consent box. Withdraw it anytime at contact@blazeriax.com; prior processing is unaffected. Marketing consent is separate.

5. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies need no consent. Analytics, advertising and embedded-media cookies are set only after your prior informed consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications". Change consent in browser settings.

6. Sharing and retention

We share data with hosting and IT providers, payment institutions, and for bookings with tour organisers and accommodation or transport partners. Cross-border transfers rely on an adequate protection level or another lawful ground. We do not sell data. Inquiry data is kept 12 months from last contact; booking and accounting records as Ukrainian law requires, generally 3 years; analytics up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of your data at contact@blazeriax.com; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. E-commerce and consumer information

Identity, registration and contact details are disclosed before booking or payment per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce"; consumer rights are protected by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
