Terms of Service

1. Seller identity

2. Website use

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or submit false information. Content is informational; offers and availability may change.

3. Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. A contract forms only when we confirm in writing and you pay the stated amount. We give price, service scope, complaint route and refund/cancellation information before payment, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

4. Trips and eligibility

Where we act as tour organizer, we disclose our identity and status, route, programme, dates, services, price and cancellation terms before booking under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism". Participants must meet stated age, health and document requirements. Minors need a parent or guardian's consent.

5. Traveller responsibilities

Provide accurate details, hold valid travel documents, follow local laws and safety instructions, and arrive on time. You are responsible for personal belongings and for damage you cause.

6. Itinerary changes

We may change routes, schedules, accommodation or services for safety, weather, force majeure or supplier changes. We will offer a reasonable alternative or, where applicable, a refund under the booking terms and Law No. 1023-XII.

7. Prices and refunds

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change before confirmation. Cancellation and refund rules are in the booking terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

8. Advertising

We aim for accurate, substantiated claims about the organizer, festival, route, inclusions and availability, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising".

9. Liability

We are liable to the extent required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or events beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be limited. Nothing excludes rights under Law No. 1023-XII.

10. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data with a lawful basis and provide a privacy notice under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies need prior informed consent; strictly necessary cookies may be exempt, under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".
